Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your BagVault storage organizer for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all components and accessories
- Free from damage caused by misuse or normal wear
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service at returns@bagvault.fr
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely and ship to our returns center
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when processed
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized storage organizers cannot be returned unless defective.
