2. Products and Services

BagVault France provides premium storage solutions for bags and accessories. All product specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are in Euros and include applicable French taxes
• Payment is required at the time of order confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout France and Europe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging and receipt required. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Warranty

BagVault products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

BagVault's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
